Fort de 25 ans d’activité commerciale sur divers postes dans une grande entreprise (IBM) puis en cabinet indépendant nous avons été confronté à de nombreuses évolutions des marchés, des modèles de vente, de l’apparition du e-business puis des comportements 2.0.

Elaboration de business model

Un projet n'est innovant que s'il est à la rencontre d'un nouveau produit ou concept et d'un marché pour l'acheter. Trop de projets présentés à des investisseurs privés (Banques, Business Angels, VC) ou publics (Appels à Projets France ou Europe) sont déficients sur l'aspect du busines model. Diagnostic de votre stratégie commerciale

AIDE AU MONTAGE DU BUSINESS PLAN

Une fois que le Business Model est bien établi, il doit se décliner dans un Business Plan qui n'est pas qu'un tableau de chiffres !!! Un BP est d'abord une (belle) histoire que vous devez raconter (avec passion) à vos interlocuteurs. Ce sont les détails de cette histoire (marchés, produits vendus, équipe dirigeante, type de force commerciale, etc ...) qui devront être déclinés en chiffres dans le tableur final. Dev-help a, par ailleurs, participé à la labellisation Entreprises Innovantes des Pôles mise en place par les principaux pôles de compétitivité français.

Veille et support marchés publics

L'état et les collectivités territoriales sont de très gros donneurs d'ordre et réservent de plus en plus de leurs marchés aux PME.Par contre être au fait des appels en cours et répondre à ces consultations n'est pas toujours une chose aisée si l'on n'a pas un service des marchés dédié.
